Patient from abroad with congenital anotia (complete absence of the auricle) and mandibular hypoplasia. Several reconstruction options were offered. Per patient choice, 3D reconstructive surgery with custom titanium implants was performed. The auricle was restored and mandibular deformity corrected. Chewing and mouth opening are normal.
